How do I download the software after checkout?
After checkout, Lemon Squeezy sends a confirmation email. Select “View Order & License” to open your Lemon Squeezy order page. There you can download the official CreatorFlow Studio EXE and copy your license key.
Does the 3-day trial require a card?
Yes. A valid card is required for monthly and yearly trials. After the 3-day trial, the selected plan starts automatically unless the customer cancels before the trial ends.
Will the $15 monthly launch price change later?
The launch monthly price is $15 per month for the 1-device plan. That customer keeps the $15 renewal price while the subscription remains active. If the subscription is cancelled, a future re-subscription may be offered at the then-current price.
What does “device” mean?
A device means one approved computer running CreatorFlow Studio. Monthly and yearly plans offer 1-device, 2-device, and 3-device options. Lifetime access offers 1-device, 2-device, and 5-device options.
Can I cancel a monthly or yearly plan?
Yes. Customers should be able to manage cancellation through the client portal or contact support. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period unless a different refund or cancellation policy applies.
What is included with lifetime access?
Lifetime access includes future CreatorFlow Studio app updates. It does not include future optional paid cloud services, third-party fees, or separately priced add-ons.
Can I use CreatorFlow Studio with any Page or channel?
Only use CreatorFlow Studio with channels and Pages that you own, control, or are authorized to manage. Third-party platform access and publishing are always subject to each platform’s current policies and permissions.
