Last updated: July 4, 2026 Owner: Mehedi Hasan Website: creatorflowstudio.xyz

You control your connected accounts.

You can disconnect CreatorFlow Studio from Google or Facebook at any time. You may also request deletion of app-related data using the steps below.

1. What can be deleted

CreatorFlow Studio is a Windows desktop application. Most workspace data is stored locally on the computer where the app is used. Depending on the features you used, deletion may include:

Local workspace data

Local account labels, selected folder paths, queue items, scheduling settings, metadata entries, activity logs, and workspace preferences stored by the app on your computer.

Connection-related data

Local authorization files or tokens used to keep a connected YouTube channel or Facebook Page available in the app.

Support request data

Messages or screenshots you voluntarily send to CreatorFlow Studio support may be removed or minimized where legally and operationally possible.

Important limitation

Deleting app data does not automatically delete videos, posts, drafts, or comments already stored on YouTube, Facebook, or another third-party platform.

2. How to submit a deletion request

To request deletion assistance, use the WhatsApp support process below. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, or other sensitive login information.

1

Open WhatsApp support

Use the WhatsApp button at the bottom of this page to start a message to CreatorFlow Studio support.

2

Use this message subject

Start your message with: “CreatorFlow Studio Data Deletion Request”.

3

Tell us what you want deleted

Include the platform involved (Facebook, YouTube, or local app data), the connected Page or channel name if relevant, and whether you have already disconnected the account in the app.

4

Confirm account control if requested

To protect users, we may ask for reasonable proof that you control the connected Page or channel. We will never ask for your password or access token.

3. Facebook and Meta data

You can remove CreatorFlow Studio from Facebook and request deletion of Facebook-related app data.

  1. Log in to the Facebook account that was used to connect CreatorFlow Studio.
  2. Go to Settings & PrivacySettingsApps and Websites. The exact name or location may vary by device and Facebook version.
  3. Find CreatorFlow Studio in the list of connected apps and choose Remove.
  4. Follow Facebook’s on-screen steps to remove the connection.
  5. Then send a CreatorFlow Studio Data Deletion Request through the WhatsApp support link on this page so we can help confirm removal of any app-related local or support data.

Removing the app in Facebook stops future access through the removed connection. It does not automatically delete content you already posted to a Facebook Page; delete that content through Facebook or Meta if you no longer want it published.

4. Google and YouTube data

You can disconnect your YouTube channel inside CreatorFlow Studio and revoke Google account access through your Google Account security settings.

  1. In CreatorFlow Studio, open the account area and remove or disconnect the connected YouTube channel.
  2. Open your Google Account security settings and review third-party apps or services that have access to your Google account.
  3. Find CreatorFlow Studio and choose the option to remove access or revoke access.
  4. Send a WhatsApp deletion request if you want help removing associated local workspace or support data.

Revoking access prevents future use of the connection token. It does not automatically delete videos that have already been uploaded or scheduled on YouTube. Manage those videos directly in YouTube Studio.

5. Local Windows app data

To remove local data from the computer where CreatorFlow Studio is installed:

  1. Open CreatorFlow Studio and remove or disconnect accounts that you no longer want connected.
  2. Clear queues, schedules, and saved metadata you no longer need.
  3. Close CreatorFlow Studio.
  4. Uninstall the app if you no longer plan to use it.
  5. Delete any CreatorFlow Studio workspace, configuration, or token files stored on that Windows computer after you have confirmed you no longer need them.
Before deleting local files: Make a backup only if you need your existing schedules or metadata later. Deleting local app data may permanently remove saved settings and connection information from that computer.

6. Posts, drafts, and videos on YouTube or Facebook

A data-deletion request to CreatorFlow Studio does not automatically delete content that is already saved, uploaded, published, scheduled, or drafted on a third-party platform. Those items are controlled by the relevant platform account.

  • For YouTube videos, use YouTube Studio to edit, remove, or manage your videos.
  • For Facebook Page content, use your Facebook Page or Meta Business Suite to edit, delete, or manage Page posts and reels.
  • For files on your own computer, remove them from your selected video folders only if you no longer need them.

7. Confirmation and timing

We aim to acknowledge a complete deletion request through the same WhatsApp conversation within 7 business days. After we can reasonably verify the request, we aim to complete deletion of applicable CreatorFlow Studio support or app-related data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons.

If we need more information to confirm ownership or understand the request, we will ask you through the same WhatsApp conversation. We will not ask for your password or access token.
