1. About CreatorFlow Studio

CreatorFlow Studio is a Windows desktop application created by Mehedi Hasan. The app is designed to help users organize video folders, prepare metadata, connect authorized YouTube channels and Facebook Pages, and manage video scheduling workflows from one workspace.

The website at https://creatorflowstudio.xyz/ provides product information, support information, legal pages, and access to the app download or licensing process.

2. Eligibility and authorized use

You may use CreatorFlow Studio only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and if you use the app for lawful purposes. You must connect only accounts, channels, Pages, folders, video files, and content that you own, control, or are specifically authorized to manage.

3. License activation and permitted use

CreatorFlow Studio may require a license activation code before full use. A license is intended for the person or organization that receives it and for the device or activation arrangement provided during the licensing process.

• Do not share, resell, publish, distribute, lease, or transfer a license code unless you have written permission from CreatorFlow Studio.
• Do not attempt to bypass, disable, alter, remove, or interfere with the app’s activation, licensing, security, or device-binding process.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or create derivative versions of the app except where applicable law clearly allows it.
• License terms, pricing, activation method, and supported features may change for future versions of the app.

4. Connected accounts

CreatorFlow Studio may allow you to connect third-party accounts through supported authorization flows. You are responsible for checking which account or Page is selected before you upload, save a draft, publish, or schedule a video.

• Keep your login credentials private. Do not share them with CreatorFlow Studio support unless an official platform explicitly requires it through its own secure login flow.
• Review permissions requested by Google, YouTube, Meta, or Facebook before granting access.
• You may disconnect a connected account or revoke access through the relevant platform’s account-security settings.
• You are responsible for any action completed through your connected account after you confirm or authorize that action in the app.

5. Platform rules and third-party services

CreatorFlow Studio may work with third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Meta, and Facebook. These services are independent from CreatorFlow Studio and have their own terms, rules, policies, API limits, and account requirements.

You must comply with all current policies and requirements of each platform you use. CreatorFlow Studio does not control whether a third-party platform approves a connection, grants a permission, accepts an upload, keeps a scheduling feature available, changes an API, limits an account, removes content, or takes action against an account.

CreatorFlow Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of Google, YouTube, Meta, or Facebook unless stated otherwise by those companies.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the videos, titles, captions, descriptions, tags, and other content you choose to use with CreatorFlow Studio. However, you are fully responsible for that content and for where you upload or schedule it.

You agree that your content and your use of the app will not:

• Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Violate the rules of YouTube, Facebook, Meta, Google, or any other connected platform.
• Include unlawful, harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing material.
• Use another person’s account, Page, content, identity, or access without permission.
• Attempt to mislead people or platforms about the origin, ownership, or purpose of content.

7. Acceptable use

CreatorFlow Studio is intended to support a responsible content workflow. You must not use it to break platform rules, evade controls, or harm others.

• Do not use the app for spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, coordinated abuse, or deceptive activity.
• Do not try to avoid platform limits, authentication controls, policy enforcement, or review processes.
• Do not use the app to upload or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not use the app in a way that causes unreasonable technical load, interferes with another service, or harms the security of any system.

8. App availability, features, and updates

CreatorFlow Studio is provided as a software product that may be updated, changed, improved, paused, or discontinued. Features can depend on your Windows environment, internet connection, account permissions, third-party platform APIs, and the version of the app you are using.

We may release bug fixes, security changes, new features, design changes, or updated terms. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the app will always work with every device, account type, platform change, or operating-system version.

9. Support and communication

Support is currently available through WhatsApp. You may contact us for licensing, general setup help, or technical-support questions. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card information, or sensitive account credentials through WhatsApp.

Support guidance is provided in good faith. You remain responsible for reviewing every app action and for protecting your accounts, content, and local data.

10. Disclaimers and limitations

CreatorFlow Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with every device or platform, approval by any third-party platform, account growth, audience reach, income, publishing success, or protection against every possible loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorFlow Studio and Mehedi Hasan are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-related losses, including loss of content, account access, revenue, audience, data, reputation, or opportunities arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a license, support, or app service where we reasonably believe there is fraud, unauthorized distribution, license misuse, a security risk, abuse, or a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using CreatorFlow Studio at any time. When you stop using the app, you should disconnect connected accounts, revoke third-party access where appropriate, and remove local workspace data you no longer need. See our Data Deletion Instructions for more information.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how CreatorFlow Studio handles website and app-related information, including connected platform data, local storage, and data deletion options. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app changes, when new legal or platform requirements apply, or when we need to clarify the product rules. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of CreatorFlow Studio after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
